3. No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer

  • Items no longer required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for arranging the return.

  • The customer must cover all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
